United States shipping

We prioritize shipping within the United States. Orders of $59 or more qualify for free economy shipping to eligible U.S. mainland addresses when the total product weight of the order is 6 kg (13.23 lb) or less.

USPS Ground Advantage rates

Orders below $59 with a total product weight of 6 kg or less can still be delivered and use the paid economy rates below, based on total order weight. The current weight bands are:

  • Up to 1 lb: $8.00
  • Over 1 lb up to 2 lb: $8.26
  • Over 2 lb up to 3 lb: $9.14
  • Over 3 lb up to 4 lb: $9.70
  • Over 4 lb up to 5 lb: $10.14
  • Over 5 lb up to 6 lb: $10.36
  • Over 6 lb up to 7 lb: $10.62
  • Over 7 lb up to 8 lb: $11.49
  • Over 8 lb up to 9 lb: $12.39
  • Over 9 lb up to 10 lb: $13.18
  • Over 10 lb, up to 6 kg (13.23 lb): $19.95

Economy shipping uses tracked USPS Ground Advantage delivery. The economy shipping rates apply to orders weighing no more than 6 kg in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Free economy shipping additionally requires an order value of $59 or more. This service does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Los Angeles time are subject to that business day’s cutoff; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. From January through September, standard handling time is 1–2 business days. From October through December, standard handling time is 2–3 business days. Estimated economy transit time after dispatch is 5–7 business days, counted Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The estimated total is therefore 6–9 business days from January through September and 7–10 business days from October through December. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders held for missing customer information, address issues, payment review, or customer responses may require additional time. The final shipping rate and available service are confirmed at checkout.

International delivery

Delivery outside the United States may be available for selected destinations. Enter your address at checkout to see whether delivery is available and which rate applies. Duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply and may be collected separately.

Before you place an order

Shipping options are confirmed at checkout based on your address, order weight, and destination. If a destination or service is not available, checkout will show that before payment is submitted.

Orders over 6 kg and business purchases

For U.S. mainland orders with a total product weight over 6 kg, please contact us before payment for a shipping quote. These orders are not eligible for automatic checkout shipping rates or free shipping. We will confirm shipping costs based on the destination, packed weight, dimensions, and number of packages before you pay. Orders over 100 kg and wholesale or business purchases require an individually agreed product and shipping quote. Orders below $59 are still welcome; the 6 kg limit applies to automatic shipping quotes, not a minimum order value.

The 6 kg checkout limit uses the total product weight recorded for the items in your order. Individually quoted shipping uses the actual packed shipment weight and dimensions.
